In recognition of World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated on October 10, 2024, the Amman Mineral Project Management Team in collaboration with JGC Indonesia organized a special Toolbox Meeting at Sumbawa site focused on mental health awareness in the workplace.

The event, held to emphasize the importance of mental well-being among employees and workers, featured insightful presentations from both Amman Mineral and JGC Indonesia. Mrs. Indah Gunarti, a member of the psychologist team at Amman Mineral, alongside Doctor Tjahaya Purnama from the Medic team, led discussions on the critical role mental health plays in maintaining a productive and supportive work environment. They underscored the need for proactive mental health care, especially in demanding industries like mining and construction.

To close the event, recognition was given to outstanding workers. Awards were presented to the Best Worker and Best Supervisor, celebrating their contributions and dedication to maintaining both safety and mental well-being within their teams.

This initiative highlights the companies commitment to fostering a mentally healthy workplace, showing that employee welfare is a core priority in their operations.
